Serial Lingerie Thief Gets Nabbed
Japanese construction worker Shigeo Kodama, 54, amassed a collection of 3,977 panties, 355 bras and 10 pairs of stockings over a six-year period. Of course, there’s nothing unusual about this. In my world, this hardly counts as a pastime. The problem is the methodology of Mr. Kodama’s acquisitions. It seems that Mr. Kodama, who is a construction worker in Hiroshima, used his work skills to scale apartment buildings, break in, and steal silky swag from said tenants. Hang your head in shame, Shigeo-san. Bad Perv.
